Time-Off Request Management
tecClock allows users to request time-off online. The request will be automatically sent through e-mail to a pre-determined approver for review. Upon approval or rejection, a notification will be sent to the requester. Detailed information is also available to assist with the decision making process, such as leave balance and leave total.
Scheduling
tecClock automates the process of scheduling your workforce based on various criteria defined by your organization. Schedules will be assigned to different employees according to work type, position or other parameters.
Parameter Setting

Report Generation

Data Collection Devices
tecClock supports a wide variety of data collection options including smart cards, biometrics, USB tokens, RFID, keyboard password entry, etc. These data options can be combined in any configuration.
E-mail Notification
tecClock also generates e-mail notifications to employees based on certain circumstances. For example, notifications will be sent to alert managers to approve or reject employees' requests for annual leaves or work time offs.
